In 2011, he joined the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), where he currently serves as a policy analyst in the Directorate for Science, Technology, and Innovation. He coordinates various projects related to innovation policy aimed at addressing societal challenges, notably a study on the design and implementation of Mission-Oriented Innovation Policies (MOIP) and a project on the role of research and technology organizations in transitions toward sustainability.
He was a researcher in the economics of innovation at the University of Bordeaux, INSEAD (Fontainebleau), and RIETI (Tokyo). He led several evaluations of public policies in the areas of research, innovation, and higher education.
